Exploring weight loss in Salford

A yellow tape measure.

The aim of this study is to explore people’s experiences of losing weight in Salford, to understand what might help people lose weight, and what it is about losing weight that people find challenging. This information will help us to design a tailored weight loss intervention to help increase people’s commitment to weight loss, which we hope will increase how much weight people lose.

You can find out more information about the study by viewing the participant information sheetPlease note, we are currently only recruiting people who have attended a Weigh Ahead weight loss group, run by the Health Improvement Service in Salford.
