CLAHRC Greater Manchester funding MRes studentships starting September 2014
CLAHRC Greater Manchester is able to offer three funded MRes studentships commencing in September 2014. These studentships are available full-time or part-time for UK registered nurses, allied health professionals, pharmacists and non-clinical staff working in the NHS in England. Funding covers payment of course fees only.
The School of Nursing, Midwifery and Social Work at the University of Manchester is one of the leading research departments of its kind in the UK, Europe and internationally. The MRes is an ideal course for healthcare professionals who wish to enhance their skills and knowledge in research, seek a career in research or pursue a variety of careers where research is a core component. The course provides an ideal foundation for PhD study. The course is mainly delivered online, but includes two, four-day campus-based study schools during September 2014 and January 2015 and two mid-semester days.
The closing date for studentship applications is 12.00 noon on Monday 30 June 2014.
Interviews for shortlisted candidates will take place between 12:30pm and 04:30pm on 29 July 2014.
